Brendon & Rischelle's Wedding

Rischelle and Brendon honored their Scottish roots with their beautiful wedding. They incorporated the groom's tartan fabric (blue) with the bride's tartan fabric (green). The fabric and ribbons were sent directly from Scotland.

The flowers were bright yellow sunflowers with accenting white spider mums. The centerpieces had submerged sunflowers on coiled wire. The base of the vases were illuminated with underwater lights. They were breathtaking!

The wedding was outdoors at Val Vista Lakes in Gilbert, AZ. The waterfall makes a stunning backdrop.

Cake and personalized candy & cookies were a sweet treat.

Double buffet lines helped get 200 guests through in approximately 15 minutes.

AZ Bartenders served both outside in the Gazebo and inside during the reception.

Jimmy Davenport (Citron Sounds) once again did an amazing job as DJ. He can always get the party up and moving!

Michelle & Pierre were married at Tempe Center for the Arts. The views from the ballroom are exquisite with the Tempe Town Lake and Camelback Mountain in the background. The centerpieces where unique in that they had a submergible light in the bottom of each. The guests at the ceremony could keep cool using a fan that doubled as a program. Honeymoon Sweets provided the three tiered wedding cake. The DJ, Music by Bryan had everyone up on their feet dancing!

Mike & Heather's Wedding

Heather and Mike chose navy blue with bright yellow highlights. The groomsmen adorned yellow socks while the bridesmaids strolled in yellow shoes. The bride chose bright yellow Gerbera daisies and roses accented with lemons. A striking combination. They were married at Lavender and Old Lace.

Campus Crusade for Christ, Legacy Under Construction

This banquet was a fundraiser & auction for a major renovation project. We used the "construction" theme throughout. The centerpieces were made from used bolts, screws, washers, etc. The containers alternated between either a paint can with fresh flowers or wire mesh with a drain stopper on the top. The tables had black cloths with burlap runners. The "Legacy Under Construction" signs made it easy for the guests to find the venue.

Park with an indoor reception at Villa Tuscana.
Nicole wanted simple elegance with white and soft yellow Gerbera daisies. The centerpieces were lined with fresh lemon slices which looked very refreshing.

Laura & Jeff had an outdoor wedding on a beautiful March day. Their theme was Rustic Elegance.
The purple and cream were accented with grapevine and manzanita branches. The table runners were made of burlap. The flower girls entered in a little purple wagon....precious! Shutters were used to hold the placards for the guests.

After the ceremony, Eric gave his bride a romantic ride on the raft. The reception was inside a former greenhouse which was accented by twinkle lights. The favors were personalized picture boxes and guitar picks.

The bridal shower for Candice was a "Domestic Diva" theme. She had pink and black decor with pearl and diamond accents. It was sophisticated and elegant.

The guests were able to choose from a variety of foods that we catered.

Debbie & Isaias Wedding

Debbie & Isaias were married between rain showers on a stormy February afternoon. The sun shown through and highlighted the red and white roses accented with wax flowers and red hypericum. The venue was the Arizona Historical Museum which is backed up to Papago Park. It is a lovely desert setting. Debbie & Isaias had hand made chocolates, candies, cookies and suckers. It was a deliciously "sweet" wedding.

Danni's bridal shower

Danni's bridal shower was a garden theme. She loves

flowers, especially sunflowers! We planted flowering

plants (i.e. pansies, petunias, etc) into "recycled" glasses

that we found at Goodwill. The glasses made cute containers

in which each guest could take one home.

In addition, we made a trail mix "bar" where the guests

could make their own personal trail mix. The containers

for the trail mix were a variety of garden pots. Each

pot was labeled for the identification of the goodies.

Devin and Jennifer's wedding

Jennifer and Devin chose the breathtaking view of Papago Park for their ceremony. The outdoor wedding was gorgeous under the blue Arizona sky. The bride chose deep, rich colors of purples, eggplant and browns for her attendents. The beautiful sunflowers were vibrant against the deep colors. The bouquets were adorned with lovely, beaded, hand-made crosses.

Amanda and Alex were married at the Ocotillo Golf Resort. They had a beautiful ceremony overlooking the lush green golf course and the rolling water falls. Amanda chose a vibrant pink with a splash of silver. The bride "rode down the aisle" in a golf cart! The uique centerpieces were gorgeous pink roses submerged in a vase with floating candles. It was stunning!

Grace Community women's event

The women that attended this event felt cherished and pampered. They were blessed through sight, texture and taste. They were served turkey/cucumber/avocado sandwiches on wheat bread, Asian salad with mandarin oranges and almonds, seasonal fruit, desserts, chips and ice cold tea.

Rosalyn and Nathan were married in a georgeous back yard. The aisle was lined with ivory rose petals, the edges lined with candles and the couple stood beneath an elegant arch. The ivory, black and red gave this wedding a romantic feel. The guests enjoyed chicken, grilled vegatables, bowtie pasta, capris salad, fruit skewers and a mozzarella-tomato salad.

Charlie's 60th birthday

Charlie is a man that loves life. He has "never met a stranger" and has several hobbies. He enjoys sailing and Labrador Retrievers. He also is a cowboy at heart. For Charlies party, the guests enjoyed pulled pork tacos, chips and salsa, a "boot" of vegetables, fruit sailboats and a fruit pizza. They were even able to rope a calf in the back yard!

Lewis and Jamie's wedding

Jamie and Lewis were married at The Waterfront. This gorgeous venue looks over a calm, refreshing lake. The lime green really popped up next to the cardinal red. The flowers were a mix of roses, hydrengias, daisies and hypericium. The ceremony and reception were in the same location, which made it very nice for the guests to enjoy some fresh limeade, lemonade and tea while they were mingling. This dessert reception was unique in that they served Gelato, a chocolate fountain and a delicious variety of cupcakes.

Todd and Katie's wedding

Katie and Todd were married at Ashley Manor. The outdoor ceremony was a topiary of beautiful folage. Katie chose light blue and yellow as her colors. Her flowers were blue delpheniums and yellow roses. The reception ballroom hosted tables with tall iron vases and fresh flowers. The food was displayed in a gorgeous manner and the chocolate fountain was a big hit!

Doug & Janet's holiday decorating

In this lovely home, the Christmas tree stood 14 ft high. The ornaments, jeweled garland and ribbons were of shades of greens and reds. The mantle in the family room held gold and red berries, trees, reindeer, glittered fruit, sparkling lights and more. It was the focal piece throughout the great room. The chandelier in the kitchen was designed with individual and unique ornaments. The chandeliers in the dining room were decorated with woodsey garland and chrystal ornaments. An angel graced the hallway.

Daniel and Stacie's wedding

Stacie and Daniel chose a lovely sky blue with accents of green and black. The blue and greens brought a sense of calm and serenity. The flowers were a mix of blue delphiniums, white lilies and white roses. The ceremony and reception were all in the same location. With that, the guests were able to completely relax and enjoy the afternoon. The meal was catered by Ronn Howell.

At the reception, the Country Club was decorated with white lights and white linens. The centerpieces were tall cylinder vases graced with assorted silk flowers. The vibrant colors of this wedding made a stunning visual canvas.

MacKenzie's Bridal Shower

MacKenzie's bridal shower was in the luxurious home of her grandmother-to-be. The brunch was catered by Cracker's Cafe and offered a variety of delicious foods. The tables were set with her grandmother's silver and lace. The mixed bouquets were unique at each table to offer an elegant variety. The cake was a white-chocolate/raspberry from Nothing Bundt Cakes (one of my favorites!)

Kenny and Tara's wedding

The softness brought an elegant feel to the wedding. Abbie & Brian chose a four-tier square cake that was "tied" like a gift, which was an excellent choice. The ceremony was outdoors beneath a walkway of arches. Indoors, the center glistened with white columns and sparkling lights.

Nikelle and Colby were married at the beautiful Stonebridge Manor in Mesa. She chose bright red Gerbera daisies with black centers for her bouquet and white Gerbera's for her bridesmaids. The bright red and white was stunning against the black dresses and linens. The tables were set on white linens with black fabric to accent the centers. The centerpieces sat on square mirrors which had a center candle with four Gerbera daisies and tealights around the base.

Doris' 80th Birthday

Doris (aka: Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma) celebrated her 80th birthday with almost all of her family present! She had 38 family members come from all over the United States to join in the festivities. Among them were 5 great-granddaughters that were all born in 2008 alone!

~The current family count is: 5 children, 12 grand children, and 15.5 great-grandchildren plus 12 "in-laws": making a grand total of 44.5 offspring!!

What a blessing it was to have everyone together to celebrate her life! We Love You!
